To provide water supply and drainage equipment with rationally improved usability.SOLUTION: Water supply and drainage equipment 1 comprises: a water supply facility 10 that has a water discharge pipe 11 attached to a wall W of an entrance; a drainage facility 20 that comprises a bowl 21 for drainage provided immediately below a water discharge port 11A of the water discharge pipe 11; and a floor-mounted seat 30 that has a seat surface 31 arranged side by side with the bowl 21 along the wall W.
