Abstract:
To provide a mixing device to make fresh concrete in which measured water enters sufficiently into the depth of mixture materials piled in an entering corner space part of holes of a rotating drum and blockage of a discharge hole is prevented.SOLUTION: The a mixing device to make fresh concrete comprises an operation unit for input signals connected to a control unit, a drive source for water supply whose drive is controlled by control signals and which is connected to a water tank, a first direction water supply pipe that is connected to the water supply drive source and faces the opening of a rotating drum that stores mixture materials, a second direction water supply pipe whose connection end part is connected to the water supply pipe and insertion tip part opposes the vicinity of the inner surface of a bottom wall of the rotary drum in a state of being supported by a fixed shaft erected on a support part on the inner surface of the bottom wall part and a support part arranged outside the rotary drum and detection means which is arranged in the first direction water supply pipe, detects this flow rate, and is connected to the control unit. The discharge hole on the insertion tip part of the second direction water supply pipe is directed to either the inner surface of the bottom wall or the lower inner surface of a peripheral body, and a hardening prevention member is mounted so that the tip part of the discharge hole is not closed by hardened product materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
