Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply and hot-water supply piping that is expandable and flexible and capable of maintaining a contact between a running-water pipe and a heater guide pipe and enhancing heat transmission property between the two, along with a manufacturing method for the piping.SOLUTION: A water supply and hot-water supply piping 1 includes: a running-water pipe 2; a heater guide pipe 3 for inserting and installing a heater inside, having a bellows-like outer peripheral surface 32 with concave and convex parts formed in an axial direction; a binding tape 4 wound around the running-water pipe 2 and the heater guide pipe 3 while maintaining a contact between the two, for binding the two; and a tubular sheath material 5 that covers the running-water pipe 2 and the heater guide pipe 3 bound by the binding tape 4 from outside. The binding tape 4 is wound around an outer peripheries of the running-water pipe 2 and the heater guide pipe 3, the tape being in a state that bites into a concave part 321 on the outer peripheral surface 32 of the heater guide pipe 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
