Abstract:
To remarkably improve kneading workability by enabling the supplying of a proper amount of moisture to obtain a stable kneaded material in the kneading of powdery dental porcelain with water.
A water supply material 1 for kneading work of a dental porcelain has a sponge layer which is made of a PVAt based porous material and becomes soft and elastic in wet condition arranged both on the surface and rear thereof. A powder 10 of the dental porcelain is placed on the water supply material 1. As a result, the powder 10 of the dental porcelain becomes wet absorbing the moisture of the water supply material 1. Thus, the dental porcelain containing the moisture is kneaded using a jig 12 to make a uniform kneaded matter.
