To facilitate carrying a water tank, to arrange it in a wide range in a forest on a mountain and to quickly and adequately execute a fire extinguishing action when a fire occurs in the forest by providing respective hole parts for supplying and discharging water in a water tank main body and forming the main body to enable folding and carrying it.
The water tank main body 11 is molded to have a pyramidal shape as a whole and formed of a waterproof cloth. Besides, a water supply hole part 12 to which a general fire extinguishing hose is connected as it is arranged at the top part 18 of the main body 11 and a water discharge hole part 13 is arranged at another top part 19. Besides, an air discharge hole part 50 is arranged in the upper part of the water supply hole part 12 and the part 50 allows a pipe with an L shape side surface to be fixed to the main body 11 and internal air is discharged to an outside when water is supplied to the main body 11. Fixing parts 16 are arranged in the respective top parts of the main body 11 and ropes which are put through the hole parts are tied or the like to circumferential trees so that the water tank main body 11 is stably fixed even when it is arranged in the forest on the mountain.
