Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect the contact of a switch, an electronic circuit, etc., and enhance the easiness in maintenance works by packaging an operation switch water-tightly, and installing the switch removably on a retaining plate of a water tap metal piece.
CONSTITUTION: An operation switch 1 is packaged water-tightly and placed on a retaining plate secured to the body 10 of a water tap metal piece, and the case of the switch 1 is fitted on the retaining plate, followed by the mounting procedure. A wiring 8 drawn out of the switch 1 is accommodated in the body 10. It is recommended that a waterproof connector is installed at the tip of the wiring 8. Thereby it is not likely to generate corrosion, electric leakage, shortcircuiting, etc., in the contact of the switch, in electronic circuit, etc., and it is practicable to make maintenance of the operation switch 1.
