To provide a lightweight water-tight rotating pipe joint device of low rotating resistance composed of a rolling-type thrust bearing, capable of continuously rotatably connecting a rotating part and a non-rotating part in an air-tight/water-tight state which is essential for the structure of a force feed pipe of 'gas-liquid pump' for force feeding a gas-liquid multi-phase flow, being made of plastic from a small diameter to a large diameter and being easily handled.

A receiving socket is communicated and connected with an internal shaft inside of a rotating shaft of the 'gas-liquid pump' or the like, to be fixed to the rotating shaft, a pressing socket is rotatably assembled in the receiving socket through a thrust bearing, and fixed by a connecting device, the thrust bearing is mounted between the receiving and pressing sockets to smoothen the rotation of the receiving socket, and further both sockets are fixed by the connecting device to prevent the separation. A watertight ring is attached to a contact part near the receiving socket and the pressing socket, and a rotating shaft side is rotating without rotating a pressing socket side.
