To provide a water transportation method for a polymer pellet capable of efficiently transporting the polymer pellet being a powder and granular material of disliking damage, pollution and moisture.
In water transportation for the polymer pellet, the polymer pellet is stored in and transported by a cargo warehouse of a ship 1 or a barge in a bulk state. Furthermore, for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of the damage on a surface when the polymer pellet collides with a rib member of the cargo hold 10, the polymer pellet is stored and transported in the bulk state in and by the cargo hold smoothly formed without arranging the rib member where a cargo hold wall 11 contacting with the polymer pellet projects to the inside of the cargo hold.
