A constitution wherein damping water 17 is received by fitting an insulating material 22 on the inner face of a water tray main body and fitting a water-impermeable protective material 23 for the insulating material on the surface is provided and an insulating material 25 is also stuck on the outer face of the water tray main body with an adhesive to prevent water condensation from being generated. In addition, a waterproof protective material 26 formed by coating the top edge of the water tray with a sealing material is provided to stop penetration of water and to prevent the insulating material 25 on the outer face from peeling off. In addition, a protective cover 28 is fitted on the top edge of the operating side of the water tray in such a way that even if an operator is brought into contact with the top edge of the water tray through the operator's carelessness, there exists no possibility of touching the top end of the insulating material 25 and peeling off of it.
