The cylindrical filter 2 is disposed at a proper plate in a water tank 1, the impurities such as dust and sand incorporated in water are captured by passing the water introduced into the water tank 1 through the countless micropores of the cylindrical filter 2 and also the water is brought into contact with the zeolite solid particles exposed from the micropores, etc., to sterilize.
