Abstract:
To provide a water treatment method for a waste water system of high chlorine demand which minimizes hypobromous acid consumed by chlorine demand without adding corrosion factors such as copper-based metal and iron-based metal into the system to efficiently prevent a trouble caused by microorganisms.
In the waste water system of high chlorine demand, when the trouble caused by the microorganisms is prevented by continuously or intermittently adding hypobromous acid or a compound generating hypobromous acid in water, a substance generating hypochlorous acid in water is added to the waste water system to solve the above problem.
