In addition, the water discharging part is provided with a water discharging pipe formed to be nearly as long as the vehicle width and a feeding pipe feeding water for discharging to this part 15 and plural water discharging holes capable of discharging water to the road surface are opened at prescribed intervals from each other at the water discharging pipe.
