Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the heat transfer efficiency by disposing a plurality of burner water tube groups near a burner, and disposing the groups formed by a plurality of water tube walls.
CONSTITUTION: Fuel gas is mixed with the air forced by a blower, burnt by a burner 5 to generate a flame 6. The flame 6 collides with the burner water tube group 8 to be heat exchanged, and the temperature of the flame 6 is lowered. The excess drop of the flame temperature reduces NOx, but CO is reversely easily generated. Even when the CO of high concentration is generated, the combustion gas is branched to the rightward and leftward directions to flow to wide spaces 9A, 9B between the water tubes, the residual CO is oxidized here to complete combustion reaction as CO2 gas, and hence the CO is eliminated. Thereafter, the combustion gas flows at a high speed in rear water tube groups 12A, 12B to transfer heat to the tube groups 12A, 12B, and is exhausted from a flue 11. Thus, the high heat transfer effect and low NOx ratio are performed by the group 8, and the low CO is performed by the combustion in the spaces 9A, 9B between the tubes.
