Abstract:
To provide a water turbine and a hydraulic power generation device that do not impair a landscape and do not protrude from the surrounding landscape while increasing the size of a rotor of the water turbine that is rotated by top-mounted type or bottom-mounted type water supply like propeller type wind power generation.SOLUTION: On a base with a slope for receiving and discharging water, a rotor of a flexible water turbine comprising a flexible plate-like member and a water receiving plate is supported by the base, a wheel installed on the rotor, or a multi-pronged member, to rotate the rotor by top-mounted type or bottom-mounted type water supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
