Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water vapor barrier coating material that can simply be coated on a base material such as a plastic film and the like, not only exhibits higher water vapor barrier properties and transparency than the conventionally well-known organic polymer composition but also can maintain water vapor barrier properties when the resultant laminate is left under high temperature and high humidity (excellent in stability of water vapor barrier properties), to provide a method for producing a water vapor barrier laminate and to provide a water vapor barrier laminate produced by the production method.SOLUTION: The water vapor barrier coating material includes (A) a copolymer of 8-80C α-olefin and maleic anhydride, (B) an organometallic complex and (C) a hydrocarbon-based wax having a melting point of 45 to 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
