Abstract:
To provide a water vapor plasma generation device that stably achieves a desired sterilization effect.SOLUTION: A water vapor plasma generation device includes a conductive heated body 7 having a water vapor passage, a coil 9 wound around the heated body 7 and performs high-frequency induction heating on the heated body, a boiler 6 that supplies water vapor to the water vapor passage of the heated body 7, an inverter 10 that outputs high-frequency power to the coil 9, flow rate detection means 14 that detects the flow rate of water vapor supplied from the boiler 6 to the water vapor passage of the heated body 7, a water vapor flow rate control unit 13a that controls the water vapor flow rate, and a high-frequency output control unit 10a that controls the high-frequency output from the inverter 10, and one or both of the water vapor flow rate control valve 13, the water vapor flow rate control unit 13a, and the high-frequency output control unit 10a operates according to the flow rate detected by the flow rate detection means 14, and controls one or both of the water vapor flow rate or the high-frequency output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
