Abstract:
To provide a water vapor removal device for removing a large quantity of water vapor contained in the exhaust emission of production equipment, and reducing the water vapor discharged into an atmosphere.SOLUTION: A gas/liquid separation vessel 10 comprises an introduction port 11 connected to a duct in which exhaust emission flows, a drain port 12 for discharging water produced by the condensation of water vapor contained in the exhaust emission, and an exhaust port 13 for discharging a residual gas in which the water vapor is removed from the exhaust emission. Cooling water production means 30 comprises a cooler 32 for producing cooling water by cooling water which is stored in a water tank 31, exhaust emission cooling means 50A cools the exhaust emission introduced into the gas/liquid separation vessel 10 from the duct 80 by a temperature of the cooling water, a dew point temperature sensor 60 detects a dew point temperature of the exhaust emission flowing in the duct 80, and control means 70 sets the temperature of the cooling water to the dew point temperature or lower by controlling the cooler 32 of the cooling water production means 30 on the basis of a detection result of the dew point temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
