PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water holding tank capable of suppressing the generation of molds or the like at the inside.SOLUTION: A water washing device 1 as the water holding tank comprises: a water washing chamber 10 having a water tank 11 filled with water 91; and an ozone feeder 20 in which the bubbles 93 of air including ozone is discharged from a gas discharge port 23 arranged at the inside of the water 91 in the water tank 11 into the water 91. The ozone feeder 20 generates ozone, e.g., by discharge, and may carry the air including the ozone via an air feed path including moisture.
