Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use a watercraft under various conditions in various water areas by an oar having a fin.
CONSTITUTION: An oar 32 having the handle end and the fin end, an oar lock 31 to support the oar 32 so as to be capable of turning with a first standing-up turning shaft as its center and a blade type fin 36 supported so as to be capable of turning with a second standing-up turning shaft as its center, are provided. A watercraft 11 having the oar is composed of the long size main hull 12, the outrigger hull 15 carried in one side part of the main hull and a seat 14 on the main hull arranged so as to face the outrigger hull. An operator seated on the seat can make access to the handle end of the oar 32, and the oar lock 31 is supported slidably in the lateral direction by crossing the watercraft 11 in an area between the main hull 12 and the outrigger hull 15 at stroke motion time.
