To provide a waterproof acoustic material which effectively absorbs the noise of low-frequency region, and can satisfy the standards on incombustibility test of Building Standard Law.
The waterproof acoustic material 1a comprises a film 11 comprising silicone rubber containing an inorganic compound, a first porous object layer 12 laminated on the back side (barrier side) of the film 11, and a waterproof layer 13 installed to the circumferences of the film 11 and the first porous object layer 12. The film 11 is formed of a compound, containing any one kind among Si, Ca, Sr, Ba, Al, and Mg at a ratio of 2:1 to 1;1 to silicone rubber or the compound, prepared by incorporating an inorganic compound comprising a mixture of the compound containing one kind of any among Si, Ca, Sr, Ba, Al, and Mg. The first porous object layer 12 is formed of a material having fire retardance. More specifically, the layer is formed of either glass wool or rock wool, or a mixture composed thereof. The waterproof layer 13 is formed of a small thickness moisture-impermeable film or tqpe.
