The waterproof property is given to the belt by fusing the waterproof film 8 constituted by stacking a low-melting point resin layer 6 and a high melting point resin layer 7 on a surface of the rubber forming the belt 1 so that the low melting point resin layer 6 comes to the side of the belt 1.
