Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for waterproof connection of a collar capable of attaching functional layer clothes having a moisture-permeable and waterproof functional layer to clothes having a detachable underlining fabric from the rear. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for waterproof connection comprises the first functional layer strip 25, provided between two-layer colors 15 and 17 and having an upper edge connectable through the first freely openable and closable tightening tool 23 to a collar upper edge 19 and a lower edge connectable through a freely opening and closing tightening tool 39 to an underlining fabric 41. The second functional layer strip 43 has an upper edge connectable through the third freely openable and closable tightening tool 45 to the inside of an outer layer collar 17 under the collar upper edge 19 and a lower edge connectable to the functional layer clothes 49. The two functional layer strips 25 and 43 are mutually fixed with a waterproof boding seam 55 on a line, located between the upper edge and the lower edge of the second functional layer strip 43 and extending nearly parallel to the upper edge of the first functional layer strip 25. The lower edge of the inner layer collar 15 can be removed through the fourth freely openable and closable tightening tool 57 from the outer layer collar 17 in a snap type.
