Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction of a member-fastening part capable of fixing a surface mounted component to be attached to the interior of an enclosure without inclination and rattling as well as with no protruded component from an external surface of the enclosure.SOLUTION: In a waterproof construction of a member-fastening part including a surface mounted component with a screw hole and an enclosure with a countersinking through-hole, and by insertion of a countersunk screw from the through-hole of the enclosure to mate with the screw hole of the surface mounted component, the depth of the through-hole of the enclosure is smaller than a head-part height of the countersunk screw, and when insertion of the countersunk screw into the through-hole, in a case where a taper part of the countersunk screw protrudes from the internal surface of the enclosure, a washer tapered in an axial direction and a waterproof packing are pinched between the surface mounted component and the internal surface of the enclosure so as to absorb the protruded part of the taper part of the countersunk screw by elastic deformation of the waterproof packing and further so as to ensure the waterproofness between the waterproof packing and the taper part of the countersunk screw.
