To provide a waterproof cover for a Western-style toilet bowl, with which the toilet bowl and an article of footwear are prevented from getting wet and can be comfortably used even though conventionally, in a small place where a bath, shower, washstand, and a Western-style toilet bowl are positioned at the same place in a unit system, the toilet bowl gets wet with water when the bath is taken or a shower is used.

A waterproof cover includes: an inner cover with which a toilet bowl is directly covered; and an outer cover which prevents water leakage by holding a space for a part housing an article of footwear on the inner cover.
