A duct sleeve connecting a duct line member is fixed to a connecting opening H in an underground box B. An inner pipe P for storing and passing a cable F or the like, or a sheath pipe S for slidably inserting the inner pipe P is installed on the duct sleeve of the connecting opening H, and a pipe-opening partition wall plate 10 for inserting the inner pipe P or the like is fixed to the connecting opening H. A piping supporting member 20 is mounted which consists of a cylindrical supporting base 21 surrounding the inner pipe P or the like to be fixed to the pipe-opening partition wall plate 10, a pipe member mounting band means 31 which clamps and fixes the inserted inner pipe P or the like to the respective parts by clamping rings 34, 45 which screw clamping taper bands 33, 34 into the mounting base bands 32, 42 for downsizing, and supports the inserted inner pipe P in linkage against the supporting base 21, and a pipe material clamping means 41.
