Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly open/close a waterproof door while dispensing with a storage place for the waterproof door.
SOLUTION: This waterproof door apparatus is provided with a lateral pair of post bodies 2 erected on both sides of a doorway 1; a storage chamber 3 formed at a floor part between the post bodies 2; the waterproof door 4 arranged derrickingly between the storage chamber 3 and the post bodies being guided by the opening/closing guide mechanisms of the post bodies 2; and a gate opening/closing apparatus for allowing the waterproof door 4 to rise from the storage chamber 3 to close the doorway 1. A gate locking apparatus 7 for allowing a support bar 8 to rise following the rising operation of the waterproof door 4 by the gate opening/closing apparatus, to lock the waterproof door 4 is provided in an intermediate position of the waterproof door 4.
