Abstract:

To provide waterproof footwear which uses a flexible waterproof film formed into a film to be almost uniformly and strongly attached on lining cloth without using an adhesive to obtain waterproof performance without giving a sense of incompatibility to a wearer similarly to conventional footwear, and has flexibility and gives fitting feeling to a wearer and a manufacturing method therefor.

An inner shoe base body is formed by sewing a lining bottom part of a lining material cut into a foot sole shape with a instep-shaped lining part 3 formed by folding back a lining material same as or different from the lining bottom material at the heel part, butting at the instep and sewing together. On all the surface of the inner shoe base body, a waterproof film 4 with the main component of latex containing a pressure sensitive adhesive is almost uniformly adhered and formed. A surface except the lining bottom part of the inner shoe base body is covered by an upper part 6. The lower part periphery of the upper part is fixed to and formed on the periphery of a midsole 7 stuck to the lining bottom part of the inner shoe base body.
