To provide a low cost gasket which does not stain the designed face of an external wall although an adhesive is used and which has the same flexibility with a conventional fixed-form gasket and brings out sufficiently the cutting- off performance in a simple execution without the secondary impervious measures.

This waterproof gasket is provided with a fixedform gasket 1 with a plurality of fins 13, an adhesive agent 2 attached to the underface 132 of the fins 13 of the fixed-form gasket 1, and covering sheet materials 3 with a discharge opening at the front end of the fin to cover the adhesive agent 2. The adhesive agent 2 is extruded out of the discharge opening 4 by deformation of the fins when this gasket is inserted in a joint 7.
