Abstract:

To provide a waterproof, insect-repelling structure of an outdoor enclosure cable introduction section for preventing rainwater and insects from entering the inside of an electronic equipment enclosure from a cable introduction hole, and for reliably securing a cable.

The waterproof, insect-repelling structure has a grommet 30 having a plurality of cable introduction holes that integrates a plurality of cables 33 from an external apparatus with a housing in an electronic enclosure, forms a conical shape in a specific depth in an inner direction from the outside, extends a cylindrical hole from the bottom of the conical shape to the inside of the electronic equipment enclosure, and has a thin film for blocking the cylindrical hole at the bottom of the conical shape. In the grommet 30, a blocking pin 32 for blocking the cable introduction hole near the cable introduction hole is integrated.
