Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need to recommand the synchronization of clutch ON/OFF addresses in a next cycle as many as axes when repetitive control over positioning operation in one cycle is performed by commanding the ON/ OFF command address of a transmission software module with an address in one rotation of an input axis.
CONSTITUTION: A positioning controller 1 has servoamplifiers 2a-2d, servomotors 3a-3d, a position detector 4 such as an encoder which performs the positioning detection of an optional machine, a sequence controller 5 which sends and receives information on variables, etc., to and from the positioning controller 1, a peripheral device 6, a CPU 7, an O/S ROM 8, a program memory 9, and a work memory 10. Further, the controller is equipped with a variable memory 11a which stores parameters, etc., required for positioning, a data memory 11b, a communication interface 12 between both the sequence and positioning controllers 5 and 1, and input/output interfaces 13, 14, 15, and 16 for the peripheral device, position detector, and servoamplifiers.
