The waterproof mounting structure for a vehicular camera is composed of a recessed side wall 33 in which the vehicular camera 5 is fitted and positioned, and a bottom wall 34. On the bottom wall 34, a mounting portion 30 provided with an opening portion 36, a mounting bracket 31 wherein the vehicular camera 5 is fitted and positioned in a mounting portion 30 and a lens portion 27 mounts the vehicular camera 5 to the mounting portion 30 so as to be positioned at the opening portion 36, and an O-ring 32 closely contacted between a main body portion 26 and the bottom wall 34 on the outside of the lens portion 27 and the opening portion 36 are provided. Consequently, the vehicular camera 5 can precisely mounted at a predetermined portion of the mounting portion 30.
