This panel is supported by a floor joist 30 which is horizontally laid over the span of a unit building, so as to constitute the floor of the balcony. A sub-floor panel 1, a lateral groove member 5 attached to the sub-floor panel 1, an upstream-side rising member rising from an indoor-side end of the sub-floor panel 1, a downstream-side rising member fixed to the lateral-groove member 5, a waterproof layer, a draining sheet 15 which continues into the waterproof layer on the lateral surface of the downstream-side rising member, and a mounting bracket 16 fixed to the sub-floor panel 1 and capable of being placed on the floor joist 30 are integrally preconstructed.
