This foam is obtained by shaping chips comprising polyurethane foam chips with a waterproofing polyurethane adhesive. The adhesive comprises 100 pts.wt. polyurethane adhesive of one-pack moisture-curing, two-pack reactive, or one-pack emulsion type and 0.5-200 pts.wt. one or more waterproofing agents selected from among organosilicon compounds, perfluoroalkylethylene acrylates, 12C and higher linear alkylethyleneureas, waxes, and fatty acid esters.
