To provide a waterproof sealing material having a substrate, and a skin layer, and a prescribed elongation, and to provide a method for producing the waterproof sealing material.
The waterproof sealing material 100 comprises the substrate 1, and the skin layer 2 which is composed of a cured product of a urethane acrylate cured by ultraviolet irradiation. The waterproof sealing material is characterized in that the interior of each cell opening to the surface on the side of the skin layer of a resin foam which is the substrate 1 is filled with the cured product 21, and elongation measured on the basis of JIS K 6400 is 70%. The method for producing the waterproof sealing material is characterized by coating one surface of a mold release sheet with an uncured raw material containing a urethane acrylate prepolymer having a prescribed number-average molecular weight; forming a coated film; then placing the resin foam on the surface thereof; subsequently carrying out the ultraviolet irradiation from the side of the mold release sheet; curing the prepolymer; and forming the skin layer.
