A cut-in part 19 as a seal agent release means for bringing the seal agent 17 to the door inner panel 14 side is formed in the seal agent holding member 18 to constitute the waterproof sheet 12 for the vehicle door. Moreover, a wire harness 32 is wired and fixed to the sheet body 16 of the waterproof sheet 12 for the vehicle door having such a configuration as to form the waterproof sheet module 31.
