This waterproof sheet is woven by using polyester yarns comprising a polytrimethylene terephthalate having ≥0.7 intrinsic viscosity and satisfying ≥17 mN/dtex (1.9 g/d) breading strength, ≥705 breaking elongation, ≤270 mN/dtex (31 g/d) modulus and ≤80% elastic recovery ratio as warp yarns and/or weft yarns and coating at least one surface of the resultant woven fabric with a thermoplastic resin or a rubber. Thereby, the fitness to the laid surface and laceration resistance are improved.
