To provide a waterproof sheet by which waterproof repairing work of the place where there is an existing installed object of a building is facilitated, and excellent finish appearance and a vibration control property are obtained.
The waterproof sheet includes a lower layer 2 comprising a waterproofness-imparted layer, and an upper layer 1 comprising a waterproofness-imparted layer 1A and a vibration controlling layer 1B. The upper layer 1 is laid on the lower layer so that it may be arranged inside the peripheral edge of the lower layer. The waterproofness-imparted layer is structured by laminating a thermoplastic polyurethane layer and a non-woven fabric layer. The vibration control layer is structured with a vulcanized rubber layer. The upper layer has a thickness of 5-15 mm.
