Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve a formation of waterproof shoes easy to use which enables reduction in the thickness of a nearby part of an excessive waterproof sheet by keeping a bias sewn part of a fastener unit from overlapping a bias sewn part of the excessive waterproof sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A thin rubber cover 3 is arranged on the surface of a socks-like fabric 1 to form a shoes body 4 and a fastener 8 and an excessive waterproof sheet 16 are arranged almost overlapping. Cotton cloths 20 and 9 with external surfaces 21 and 15 of rubber films are bias sewn separately at both side ends of the fastener 8 and the excessive waterproof sheet. The external surface 21 of the rubber film of a fastener bias sewn part 23 is bonded on the excessive waterproof sheet 16 in such a manner that the bias sewn part 23 of the fastener 8 is positioned along the inside of the bias sewn part 14 of the excessive waterproof sheet 16 to form a fastener unit 17. The fastener unit 17 is arranged vertically inside the shoes body 4 while the external surface 15 of the rubber film of the excessive waterproof sheet 16 is bonded on the shoes body 4. Then, a cover layer of a thin reinforcing rubber 10 is provided at a location across a peripheral part and the shoes body 4 of the fastener unit 17.
