Title:
WATERPROOF SHOES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3798074
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproofness by forming a front surface upper layer spread with a waterproof film layer, an inside core material layer and a rear surface upper layer consisting of a foamed urethane resin and providing the specific region at the bottom end edge of this foamed urethane resin layer with a waterproof function layer packed and fixed with a latex adhesive and joining shoe sole parts.
SOLUTION: The surface upper layer 2 laminated with the waterproof film layer 3 consisting of a polyurethane resin film is formed on the rear surface side of the uppers consisting of polyurethane resin laser. The inside core material layer 5 formed by sticking the waterproof layer 4 to a canvas blank is stuck to the surface upper layer 2 by using the latex adhesive. A rear surface upper consisting of a foamed polymethane resin sheet is produced. The rear surface upper layer 7 is constituted by disposing the waterproof function layer 8 formed by applying the latex adhesive to an embedding range L in part, i.e., the bottom end edge of the resin sheet, then packing and fixing the adhesive and is stuck to the inner side of the inside core material layer 5. The upper parts 13 are formed at the peripheral edges on the marginal sides of the shoe soles by using cord yarn, etc., and the shoe sole parts 12 are joined and integrated to the upper parts 13 by injection molding.
