PURPOSE: To provide a slab improved in waterproofing, durability, and workability by stacking a primer layer, an FRP layer, a tack coat layer, and an asphalt paving layer in order and constituting a waterproof slab structural body.

CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer C of the tensile extension coefficient 5-200% is firmly stuck on a concrete slab E of a bridge or a highway via a primer layer D. Secondly, a solid resin of a softening point 50-180°C, hardener, etc., are scattered or applied on the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer C so that a tack coat layer B is provided. Thirdly, an asphalt paving material is rolling compacted on the tack coat layer B after heating so that a paving layer A is provided, and a waterproof paving structural body is thus provided.
