Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure to easily prevent a securing screw from loosening without any special loosening means arranged on a fastener such as a securing disk and like against loosening of the fastener in order to prevent the securing screw from loosening by repeated vibration caused by strong wind when the waterproof structure is arranged on a metal roof substrate by using a mechanical securing method.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure on a metal roof substrate is provided with: an insulation layer arranged on a metal roof substrate; a securing plate arranged on the insulation layer; a securing device with a threaded part penetrating the securing plate and the metal roof substrate; a waterproof layer deposited on the insulation layer and secured with the securing plate; and a reinforcing plate positioned on an upper side of the metal roof substrate and arranged apart from the metal roof substrate, wherein the waterproof structure is configured by engaging the metal roof substrate and the reinforcing plate by using the threaded part of the securing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
