Because of provision of the coating material, the waterproof sheet or the thermal insulating material is protected from the influence of the ultraviolet rays to have difficulty in making degradation. A crack or the degradation of the waterproof sheet caused by load hardly occurs, and there is no restriction on the access to the roof to heighten a value of real estate.
