PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure capable of facilitating construction of the waterproof structure to a skeleton, and capable of facilitating maintenance of the waterproof structure after construction.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure 1 includes a waterproof sheet 2 laid on a skeleton 100 and having a waterproof function to the skeleton 100, a waterproof sheet fixing structure body 3 for fixing the waterproof sheet 2 to the skeleton 100, a block 4 laid on the waterproof sheet 2, and a block fixing structure body 5 for fixing the block 4 to the skeleton 100.
