To provide a waterproof switch member which realizes high durability and excellent pressing feeling, and to provide electronic equipment provided with the same.
The waterproof switch member 2 comprises at least: one or more plate-like members 4; and an elastic member 5 for covering at least one face of the plate-like members 4. The plate-like member 4 is provided with one or more through holes 10 which are bored in the plate-like member 4 in a thickness direction, pressing parts 11 which are arranged in an inner region of each of the through holes 10 and protrude at both sides in the thickness direction of the plate-like member 4; and one or more flexible arm parts 12 which connect a circumference of each of the through holes 10 and the pressing part 11. The waterproof switch member 2 uses the elastic member 5 to seal the through holes 10. The electronic equipment 1 provided with the same is also disclosed.
