A plurality of substrate metallic plates are mutually adjacently arranged on a substrate material, and a plurality of points of them are fixed on the substrate material by fasteners such as screws. A plurality of finish waterproofing metallic plates are mutually adjacently arranged on these substrate metallic plates, and the lower faces are bonded on upper faces of the substrate metallic plates by an adhesive. Adjacent joint parts of these finish waterproofing metallic plates are partially overlapped through the adhesive, and at least a lower part of the overlapped part is fixed on the substrate material through the substrate metallic plate by fasteners such as screws. A strip material is arranged on a joint of the finish waterproofing metallic plates and is fixed on the joint by the adhesive.
