PURPOSE: To generate a waterspout without motive power, with human power or with body wt., to stimulate interests of people, and to instal it at any place without motive power.
CONSTITUTION: A footstool 4 is arranged by freely up and down movement on a recessed place 3 provided on an apparatus main body 2 through an elevation recovering means consisting of a hollow rubber hole 10 and a stretching pipe body 6 consisting of an expandable pipe wherein the upper end is connected with the footstool 4 in a space 5 provided on just below of the recessed part 3, is provided. Check valves 8 and 9 through which water is passed through only in one direction on both sides of a connecting part 7A connected with the stretching pipe body 6 on a water pipe line 7 connected with the lower end of the stretching pipe body 6 and fixed on the lower face of the apparatus main body 2, are arranged and a waterspout nozzle 12 is connected with the end of the downstream side of a waterspout pipe 11 connected with the exit if the water pipe line 7 and pumping action is generated in the stretching pipe body 6 by allowing a person to get on and off the footstool 4.
