Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress frictional heat and energy loss generated by a waterproof seal sealing the gap between the rotational shaft penetration part of a motor and a rotational shaft.SOLUTION: A motor 11 projects one end part of a rotational shaft 14 from a rotational shaft penetration part 13 provided in an apparatus housing 12. Between the inner peripheral surface of the rotational shaft penetration part 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotational shaft 14, provided is a waterproof seal 15 that prevents rain water from entering the inside of the housing from the outside of the housing, in emergency having a risk of submergence or flooding. The waterproof seal 15 includes an air tube 15a expanded by injection of air, and an air tube holder 15b holding the air tube 15a.
