Abstract:
To effectively utilize information in regards to a localization position of an own watt-hour meter by knowing the newest localization position of the own watt-hour meter, and transmitting the information in regards to the localization position to an external device.SOLUTION: A watt-hour meter 100 comprises: an electric power usage amount measurement part 301 that measures an electric power usage amount, and stores them; a localization position calculation part 302 that receives an electric wave from a satellite, and calculates the localization position on the basis of the electric wave; a transmission part 303 that transmits information in regards to the electric power usage amount and the localization position to a management server; and a reception part 304 that receives a request of the localization position from the management server or a terminal device. When receiving the request, the localization position calculation part 302 calculates the localization position, and the transmission part 303 transmits the localization position calculated by the localization position calculation part 302 to the management server or the terminal device that have requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
