Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain power by turning gears using dropping force, lifting high a floating heavy vessel by wave motion.
CONSTITUTION: Wave height is adjusted by operating properly movable water gates 11, a hollow vessel 2 is raised along a pole 3 by highest wave 1 generated at the most narrow place of the water gate 11. Gears 6 are rotated through the chain 5, by dropping the vessel 2 in accordance with lowering wave from the upper portion. Such plural equipments are arranged in a line, constant torque can be obtained usually by rotating gears 6 installed on the same shaft, a generator 10 is driven through a flywheel 9 to obtain electric power.
