To provide a wave dissipating structure having wave-overtopping preventive performance, in which a wave overtopping crossing over the wave dissipating structure of waves reaching from the offing side and reaching the land side is prevented, sufficiently reducing wave pressure working on the offing- side wall surface of a breakwater structure body and reflected waves rebounded to the offing side.
Permeable wall bodies 21-24 in which a plurality of column bodies 30 and beam bodies 31 are arrayed are laminated under the state, in which each closely adheres so that the percentages of voids are decreased towards the land side from the offing side (so that the percentages of voids are made dense towards the land side), and a permeable body 20 is constituted. Thus, the percentages of voids of the offing-side front of the permeable body 20 are ensured largely and the impulses of arrival waves are relaxed, and waves splashed to upper sections can be reduced while the force of waves can be weakened gradually in the permeable body 20 (the permeable wall bodies 21-24).
